The Pima Community College men’s basketball team was represented for the fifth straight year as the NJCAA released its Division II All-Americans on Wednesday.

Sophomore Mason Hunt (Bradshaw Mountain HS) scored a game-high 31 points on 10-for-16 shooting while freshman Isaiah Hill (Premier Prep Academy) added 24 points and eight assists as the No. 4 seeded Aztecs Men's Basketball claimed fifth place at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament after beating No. 1 seed Des Moines Area Community College 98-81. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team closed out the 2025-26 season on Saturday with another big win in consolation bracket play at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament.

Sophomore Brock Mendoza finished with a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds to go with three blocks while sophomore Isaac Johnson went 7-for-7 from the field ad finished with 17 points as the No. 4 seeded Aztecs Men's Basketball team beat No. 2 seed Palm Beach State College in a consolation game on Friday. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (33-1) stayed alive in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament and will play in the final game of the season.

Freshman Isaiah Hill scored a team-high 25 points on 9-for-14 shooting while sophomore Mason Hunt added 21 points and seven rebounds as the No. 4 seeded Aztecs suffered their first loss of the season to No. 5 Iowa Central Community College 78-77. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (33-1) played its NJCAA Division II National Tournament quarterfinal matchup on Thursday against Iowa Central Community College (28-6) at the Mary Miller Center in Danville, IL.

Sophomore Mason Hunt scored a game-high 30 points on 11-for-16 shooting while fellow sophomore Brock Mendoza posted 23 points, eight rebounds and four blocks as the No. 4 seeded Aztecs Men's Basketball team defeated No. 13 Davidson-Davie Community College 108-80 to advance to the Elite Eight at NJCAA Division II National Tournament. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (33-0) opened play in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament with a statement win on Tuesday against Davidson-Davie Community College (NC).

The Aztecs Men's Basketball team secured their third straight Region I, Division II Championship and sixth overall under coach Brian Peabody after their 74-49 win over Scottsdale Community College. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (32-0) completed its mission at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium on Saturday in the Region I, Division II Finals.

The No. 1 seeded Aztecs Men's Basketball team hit 17 3-pointers as their way to a 108-70 win over No. 4 seed Glendale Community College in the Region I, Division II Semifinals. Sophomore Mason Hunt scored 23 of his 25 points in the first half while fellow sophomore Brock Mendoza posted a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (31-0) took care of business on its home floor on Thursday in the Region I, Division II Semifinals.

The Aztecs Men's Basketball team claimed the top awards in the ACCAC Conference Division II as freshman Isaiah Hill was named Player and Freshman of the Year. Sophomore Isaac Johnson was named Defensive Player of the Year and Brian Peabody earned Coach of the Year. The Pima Community College men’s basketball program was featured as the All-ACCAC Conference awards were released.

Sophomore guard/forward Isaac Johnson was named ACCAC Division II Player of the Week for the third time this season after he averaged 19.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.5 assists while shooting 83.3 percent from the field. Pima Community College men’s basketball player Isaac Johnson (Oakland HS, CA) was instrumental in another pair of victories during the week of Feb. 15-21.

Sophomore Mason Hunt (Bradshaw Mountain HS) scored a team-high 20 points as he finished 5-for-7 from beyond the arc while freshman Isaiah Hill (Premier Prep Academy) fell short of a triple-double with 17 points, nine assists and seven steals as the No. 4 ranked Aztecs Men's Basketball team completed their second straight unbeaten regular season after topping Mesa Community College 104-66. The Aztecs are 30-0 overall and finish 18-0 in ACCAC conference play. They will be the No. 1 seed for the Region I, Division II Tournament and will host a semifinal game on Thursday, Mar. 6. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (30-0, 18-0 in ACCAC) completed its second straight undefeated regular season on Wednesday after beating Mesa Community College (13-12, 7-10) at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium.

Sophomores Mason Hunt, Isaac Johnson, Ky Green, Mason Tippett and Brock Mendoza were recognized prior to the game while freshmen Isaiah Hill (20 points and 13 assists) and Will Feagles (17 points in the second half) sparked the No. 6 ranked Aztecs Men's Basketball team as they beat Glendale Community College 103-81 for their 29th straight victory. The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (29-0, 17-0 in ACCAC) claimed its 29th straight victory on Saturday as it hosted Glendale Community College (17-10, 8-8) at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium.

Sophomore Isaac Johnson and freshman Gerron Graham (Premier Prep Academy) combined to go 12-for13 from the field as they each scored 17 points as the No. 4 ranked Aztecs Men's Basketball team beat South Mountain Community College 77-65 on Wednesday in Phoenix. Pima Community College men’s basketball player Mason Hunt (Bradshaw Mountain HS) came away with his third selection as ACCAC Division II Player of the Week.

Sophomore Brock Mendoza posted his 12th double-double of the season finishing with 14 points and 10 rebounds while freshman Paul Olivares Yepiz scored 10 points and had three steals off the bench.
