Kase has seven saves as Aztecs and Chandler-Gilbert play to scoreless tie

The Pima Community College women's soccer team (4-2-1, 4-2-1 in ACCAC) played its second straight road game on Saturday against rival Chandler-Gilbert Community College (5-0-1).

The No. 20 ranked Aztecs and the Coyotes played to a scoreless tie in their first meeting since the Region I, Division I semifinals last season where the Aztecs won 2-1 in double overtime.

The Coyotes outshot the Aztecs 8-7. Sophomore goalkeeper Tara Kase (Buena HS) finished with seven saves.

The Aztecs will play Glendale Community College on Tuesday at Pioneer Park in Peoria at 4:30 p.m.
