Seven-foot high jumper Crandall signs to Pima

The Pima Community College men's track & field team picked up a big-time jumper to add to its 2017-18 squad.

Cameron Crandall (Canyon del Oro HS) signed his letter of intent to compete for the Aztecs starting in the fall.

Crandall was a two-time state high jump champion for the Dorados. He has a personal-record of 7-feet that was achieved at the AIA Division II Championships on May 3. He also competed in the 100 meters race with a season-record time of 11.74 seconds as well as a couple of long jump events and 4x100 relay races during his senior year.
