Kofa's Porchas and Santana sign to play at Pima

The Pima Community College baseball team added a pair of players from Yuma to the 2017-18 squad.

Enrique Porchas and Jeremy Santana, both from Kofa High School, signed their letters of intent to play for the Aztecs.

Porchas, a third baseman, batted .300 in 60 at-bats with 18 hits, 14 runs scored and 12 RBIs. He has a fielding percentage of .950.

Santana, an outfielder/pitcher, batted .405 in 42 at-bats with 17 hits, 18 RBIs and nine runs scored. He also had four doubles and had a 1.000 fielding percentage. He made eight appearances on the mound and went 1-1.
