The Pima Community College baseball program added four proven winners to its 2017-18 roster.
Oscar Lechuga, Mikael Bracamonte, Rafael Padilla and Sergio Gonzalez, all members of the Nogales High School state championship baseball team, have committed to play for the Aztecs.
Lechuga, a pitcher, went 5-2 on the season with a 2.04 ERA. He threw 44.2 innings with 47 strikeouts.
Bracamonte, a pitcher, was 2-0 with a 2.88 ERA in 17 innings pitched. He had 17 strikeouts and held opponents to a batting average of .206.
Padilla, an outfielder, batting .398 in 32 games played. He had 35 hits, 31 RBIs and 34 runs scored. Padilla also has a fielding percentage of .974.
Gonzalez, an outfielder, played in 32 games and had a .329 batting average. He produced 26 hits with 21 RBIs and 33 runs scored. He also had a fielding percentage of .970.
